Ingridients:
- 5 liters boiling water
- 0.5 kg black rye bread
- 500 g sugar
- handful of raisins
- 14 g. dry or 42 g. fresh yeast
Cut the bread into 1 cm. thick pieces and dry them in 180 C oven for about 20 minutes. Cool the bread and put it to the boiling water. Filter the bread through cloth and through it away. Put sugar, raisins and yeast to gira and mix it well. Leave it for 6-12 hours in warm place, roam temp. should do. Take a foam away and bottle the gira. Put bottles to frige until it's cool. Thats it, enjoy the drink.
